Saguaros Volleyball Camps and Clinics, unlike anything you have ever Experienced!
Our volleyball camps and clinics specialize in proper mechanics and body alignment in all skills. Because of COVID-19 we are adhering to all local and national restrictions and safety protocols.
Getting back to play, is going to be a gradual process we will only provide one day clinics with ten girls per court to keep exposure to a minimum. Two and three day camps will resume in the fall and will continue until club starts in November 2020.
Proper mechanics is crucial for top level development, injury prevention and an increased Volleyball IQ.
From novice to the most experienced, we are sure you will learn what it takes to develop your game. We have been in the business since 2004 with over 60 graduates that have played at the next level.
Each Camp | Clinic will work on all skills listed below.
First 15-20 minutes each athlete will conduct a volleyball specific workout program that includes a CrossFit feature and dynamic muscle building platform. For more information about our workout system visit our Physical Training Link.
Players will want to bring: Snacks, Beverages an extra T-shirt, knee pads, water and other personal items you may need.

During your private or small group lesson we will teach you and the rest of the players in your group the proper technique and will provide you with instant feedback via video review, and on-the-court demonstration.
